Minimum Qualifications Required :
IIT or MBA preferred.
4+ years of experience in marketing, acquisition, or related field.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Experience with digital marketing channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
