Job Summary:

The Performance Marketing, Event Management, and Content Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing performance marketing strategies, coordinating and managing events, and overseeing content creation and management. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in digital marketing, event coordination, and content strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing:

- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across various digital channels, including PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.

- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using key metrics such as ROI, CTR, CPA, and LTV to optimize campaigns and achieve marketing objectives.

- Manage digital advertising budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing ROI.

- Collaborate with creative teams to design compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages.

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Event Management:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and corporate gatherings.

- Handle all aspects of event logistics, such as venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and on-site coordination.

- Develop and implement event marketing strategies to drive attendance and engagement.

- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful event execution.

- Evaluate event success through metrics and feedback, and provide recommendations for future improvements.

Content Management:

- Develop and implement content strategies aligned with marketing goals and brand objectives.

- Oversee the creation, curation, and distribution of engaging content across multiple channels, including websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external creators to produce high-quality content that resonates with the target audience.

- Monitor content performance using analytics tools and make data-driven recommendations to enhance content effectiveness.

- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and adherence to content guidelines.
