Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role requires a deep understanding of performance metrics and analytics to continually improve campaign performance and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to meet company objectives.
- Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns across channels such as PPC, paid social, display advertising, and email marketing.
- Implement A/B testing and optimization strategies to improve campaign performance.
Data Analysis and Optimization:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize analytics tools to generate reports and provide insights on KPIs such as CTR, conversion rates, and CPA.
- Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights to maximize ROI.
Budget Management:
- Manage digital marketing budgets effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
- Allocate budgets across different channels and campaigns based on performance and objectives.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, product, and sales to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
- Communicate campaign results and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Industry Research and Innovation:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing.
- Identify new opportunities and innovative tactics to improve campaign performance and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Performance Marketer or similar role, with a track record of successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Expertise in managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and paid social campaigns (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
