Performance Marketer - Campaign Management

- Performance Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive performance marketing strategies across WhatsApp, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other relevant digital channels to drive conversions and achieve business goals.

- WhatsApp Campaign Management: Manage and optimize WhatsApp automation tools (e. , AI Sensy or similar) to execute personalized broadcast and drip campaigns, ensuring high engagement and conversion rates.

- Meta Ads Management: Develop, manage, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, including meticulous Pixel setup, strategic audience targeting, and effective budget allocation.

- Performance Analysis & Optimization: Rigorously analyze campaign performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, etc. ) to identify areas for improvement and implement data-backed optimizations.

- Creative Collaboration & A/B Testing: Collaborate closely with design and content teams to develop high-impact and engaging creatives optimized for each platform.

- Implement robust A/B testing strategies for creatives, ad copies, and Calls-to-Action (CTAs) to continuously refine campaign performance.

- KPI Tracking & Reporting: Track daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and prepare comprehensive performance dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
