Performance Manager - Mobile App Marketing (Mumbai/ Remote)

Requirements:- 3-5 years of experience in media planning
- Experience in handling big budget media campaigns
- Experience with Mobile App, programmatic platforms and media buys
- Ability to drive traffic via organic marketing and SEO
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking.
- Solid understanding of media concepts/terms, creative and budget requirements
- Solid grasp of digital marketing, especially deep knowledge of digital media.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including the desire to progress.
- Ability to forecast outcomes of brand/DR campaigns and manage to spend.
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to think outside of the box.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.
- Highly pro-active in terms of researching new features/strategies.
- Should have knowledge of Digital tools; Google analytics, GTM, Tracking, MMP tools & Good with Microsoft excel.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :- Having a strong background in Google Ads and Social campaign management, technology platforms, direct marketing experience
- Manage the day-to-day handling of all paid social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc., and adapting strategies to suit different channels
- Develop creative and engaging social media strategies
- Review deliverables and provide feedback to other team members
- Researching and implementing new ideas/features/strategies to improve the performance.
- Testing new marketing channels and identifying new growth opportunities that are useful for campaign.
- Should have worked on Automation tools for SMS/Email marketing
- Should have understanding about finance products; Mutual fund, Insurance and others.
- Plan, launch, and execute new campaigns for brand promotion and conversion
- Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using internal client tools
- Leverage cross channel approach for performance improvement
- Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity
- Analyze competitor activity on social media.
