Job Title - Performance Manager
Location - Hyderabad
Experience - Minimum 3+ years
Work form office (Hybrid)
Salary - upto 30 LPA
Overview :
- Detailed data analytics and insight analytics on high level of financial business and operational performance, talent intelligence, competitive intelligence for accounts/clients.
- Service delivery (attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, data integrity and analytics).
- People management
- Managing multiple senior stakeholders including Global Stakeholders
- Client engagement and communication.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience :
- 12-15+ years of experience in High Level Data analytics, business assessment and intelligence including high level account P&L management.
- Working knowledge of Power BI, Macros, Advance excel, reporting modules (ATS)
- Experience of being able to guide on constructing of dashboards
- Project management experience
- Operational knowledge in recruitment or service industry (preferred)
- Contractual delivery and assessment
- Excellent in communication
