Looking for a PMS & Compensation & Benefits Specialist for a Mumbai client.
- The prospective candidate must have 8 plus years of experience driving PMS & C&B
- Will be deputed in client organisation to drive PMS & C&B.
- Strong conceptual, communication and influencing skills are musts.
- Previous consulting experience will be an advantage.
- This is an onsite full time engagement, for a period of 6 months renewable.
- Immediate availability (joining) is key
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Compensation & Benefits:
- Design compensation structures, allowances, salary ranges and incentive programs across Organization.
- Plan and lead the roll out, communication and ongoing administration of new and existing C&B programs across the organization.
- Create and implement a Total Rewards Framework.
- Work in close collaboration with business leadership and human resources partners to influence, develop and implement appropriate total rewards initiatives to ensure a competitive market position.
- Perform analytics on internal and external equity, benefits & incentive effectiveness, increment impact, etc.
- Perform Job Benchmarking Study across Organization.
- Ensure Compensation & Benefits Policies are in compliance with current legislation.
- Develop a consistent compensation philosophy in line with work culture and organizational objectives.
- Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices. Drive innovation based on the same.
2. Performance Management :
- Initiate goal setting and performance review on annual basis at functional level for aligning organization targets and individual KRAs
- Monitor implementation of performance management process (on mid-term or annual basis) and review performance data to finalize increments.
- Facilitate trainings for all employees to educate them on the PMS cycle, relevant templates, timelines and provide clarifications as required
