Performance Management Role
Candidate should have extensively managed end-to-end performance management and related processes (such as 360, promotions, goal setting, performance improvement plan execution, etc.)
WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY :
- Partner closely with other BPs to deliver high-value service to the business
- Initiate and drive HR programs/initiatives
- Handle day-to-day HR operations of the business units
- Review and analyze business-specific data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience
- Proactively serve as a - trusted advisor- and serve as the primary point of contact for employees
- Provide ongoing support to employees on Human Capital-related matters, policies, and procedures
- Assess training needs and conduct 1:1 and/or group training sessions as required
- Partner with managers to retain, develop, and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential-Plan and conduct business group-specific engagement initiative
The candidate should be skilled in working effectively both autonomously and as part of a team and be able to thrive both in hybrid remote and in-office environments
You will be required to build and strengthen relationships with industry experts, negotiate terms with them, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Given the dynamic nature of this role, you will also need to effectively multitask, prioritize, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills are vital, as you will be interacting through various channels, including phone and email.
