We are looking for an experienced Performance Management Lead to oversee and enhance our performance evaluation and employee development processes. This role involves collaborating with HR and leadership to drive performance excellence and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage performance programs, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback cycles.

- Develop tailored growth plans and coach managers on performance improvement.

- Analyze performance data and prepare actionable reports.

- Update performance policies and lead improvement initiatives.

- Promote a culture of feedback, engagement, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications: Tier 1& 2 Colleges only

Experience for both Run & Execution of mini strength 3000+ employees

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).

- 10+ years of experience in performance management or similar roles.

- Strong knowledge of performance frameworks and employee development.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

- Proficiency in HR tools (e.g., HRIS, Excel).

Preferred:

- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI, CIPD).

- Experience with competency-based performance frameworks.

Experience Level: 10-15 years
