Job Responsibilities:
- Review Performance Audit Process-Design and implement to-be process for Performance Audit
- Performance Goal Setting- Lead the goal setting process and ensure Goals are SMART and are aligned with AOP, will be responsible for extensive analysis of the legacy as well as current
- Goal Sheet for Vice President and above
- Responsible for monitoring progress of completion of goal sheets
- Lead Pre-Audit process
- Conducting Goal Setting Workshops
- Performance Audit- Lead the process and will be responsible for extensive analysis of the legacy as well as current appraisal forms for Vice President and above
- Further Improvement of Process, identification of gaps and implementation of actions arising from audits
- Responsible for monitoring progress toward achieving Org goal
- Reviewing Mid-year /Annual completion and ensure dialogue between manager and employees
- Benchmarking and comparatives - Benchmark & formulate policies & processes, programs and practices
- Lead policy revisions to remain contextual and as per organizational needs
- Lead studies of Various Performance standards in coordination with external Consultants
- MIS & Reports- Use ERM tool for analyzing voluminous data to provide audit assurance
- Prepare and Present Periodic MIS to Management
- Participation in business specific audit presentations
