- Domain Knowledge , The candidate should have extensive experience in the Banking OR Consulting industry. Specifically in areas such as
Corporate, SME, Retail Banking, Digital Banking, and Operations.- Hands on experience in running P&L related to payments and in working with technology and operations related to banking.
- Sound understanding of the financial services (banking) market and regulatory environment in India.
- Additional experience in payments/remittances and working knowledge of NBFC sector interplays would be valuable Client service delivery/execution.
- Manage multiple projects, engagement economics and receivables, project resources, and team utilization.
- Lead the delivery/execution of high-quality deliverables and manage service quality, brand, and client expectations.
- Demonstrate significant industry/solution expertise.
- People Management.
