Power Generation vertical of the Performance Improvement Practice is a new vertical being started by one of the Big 4's.

Look to offer Management Consulting services to its clients especially in the Power Generation space viz Coal, Hydro, Nuclear, Wind, Solar projects, etc.

Advice clients to enhance and manage production in present and upcoming power plants in a cost effective and effective manner to enhance the profitability of Power generation business.

- The Incumbent will be responsible for developing business and overseeing project execution in the Indian Power Generation sector.

- Develop go to market strategies with respect to power generation space.

- Client relationship management throughout the business cycle

- Building, mentoring and managing team to meet the goals and objectives outlined.

- He / she will identify existing intellectual strengths within the company specific to the Power Generation industry & leverage this to build the vertical in general.

- Ensure effective and timely knowledge sharing across the engagement back to the firm

- He / she will develop initiatives specific to the service line, brainstorm with key stake holders & drive implementation to achieve optimum business value.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with centers of influence and professionals within the Indian Power sector landscape.

- Stay abreast of general business/economic developments and new standards; gain an in-depth understanding of their linkage and impact on the client’s business
