Job Overview:

- As a Performance and Growth Marketing Expert at Mynd Integrated Solutions, you will lead data-driven marketing strategies that drive client acquisition and growth for our B2B services and products.

- The ideal candidate should have in-depth experience managing performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels and be adept at leveraging data to optimize marketing spends and maximize ROI, specifically within the Indian B2B market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Campaign Management: Design, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads, focusing on driving measurable results (leads, conversion, ROI).

- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Develop and execute ABM strategies targeted toward high value clients to personalize marketing efforts and increase relevance and engagement with key decision-makers.

- B2B Focus: Craft marketing strategies tailored to the unique dynamics of the Indian B2B landscape, ensuring that campaigns resonate with decision-makers and influencers in target industries.

- India Experience: Have ran campaigns in the India B2B Market at city/ region level.

- Data-Driven Insights: Analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot to derive actionable insights, optimize budget allocation, and adjust campaigns in real time.

- A/B Testing and CRO: Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, ad copy, and other campaign elements to continuously improve conversion rates.

- Lead Generation: Build strategies that enhance customer acquisition, nurturing marketing qualified leads (MQLs) to sales-qualified leads (SQLs) through the buyer's journey.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and business development teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with broader business goals.

- Budget Management: Oversee and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring maximum return on ad spend (ROAS).

- Market Research: Stay informed about B2B market trends in India, identifying new opportunities and adapting strategies accordingly.

- Industry Trends: Keep up to date with the latest performance marketing tools, trends, and best practices, particularly within digital advertising and automation tools.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Performance Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, and Facebook with a focus on B2B marketing in India.

- Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of data analysis and proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and CRM platforms for tracking performance and ROI.

- SEO/SEM Proficiency: Experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) to enhance organic and paid search visibility.

- A/B Testing: Expertise in conducting A/B tests and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to improve lead quality and customer acquisition.

- Project Management: Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously while delivering results in a timely manner.

- Collaboration: Excellent teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with sales and product teams.

Qualifications:

- 6-10 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record in B2B industries, ideally within India.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Expertise in digital advertising platforms (Google, LinkedIn, etc.)

- Proficiency in data analysis and marketing automation tools.

Preferred:

- Experience with B2B marketing strategies in the Indian market.

- Certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, or relevant platforms.

- Experience with email marketing, remarketing, and account-based marketing (ABM) is a plus.
