Plan for Performance COE Lead
Position Description :
- Be the process owner for Performance Management
- Closely work with business leaders on review-action-sustain aspect of Balanced Score card (BSC)
- Custodian to project Manage course corrections stemming from BSC reviews
Roles & Responsibilities :Reporting into the CHRO, your responsibilities will include :
- Leading the performance management process for the franchise with a focus on consistent implementation and capability building
- Review draft Balance Score Card / KRA for Agreement Meetings for each role holder.
- Analyze the KPIs for relevance, current performance & stretch.
- Validate data availability for measurement
- Dialogue with role holder to finalize the draft BSC
- Program manage Agreement meetings and quarterly reviews as per schedule
- Facilitate discussions at the Agreement and Review Meetings. (He/she will train incumbent)
- Record minutes of the Agreement and Review Meetings.
- Present Action Taken Report for above during Review Meetings.
- Review & validate performance data as per BSC
- Provide analysis and comparative insights
- Report performance trends to Promoter Board from time to time.
- Suggest improvement to Process.
- Publishing of MIS, reports, data highlighting the interventions, coverage, and impact from the program
Key Skill Set :- Knowledge and exposure to BSC and other evolved performance management practices
- Conversance with digital platforms
- Knowledge of Planning Framework
- Business and Finance acumen - Should be able to understand and review P&L view based AOP Template with Cost Driver for each AOP line item
- Program , Process Management and coordination experience
- Effective communicator and ability to drive communications across diverse stakeholders
- Exposure to SAP Reports and ability to facilitate data reports from Enterprise systems
- Change management
- Excellent analytical skills ; ability to gauge and work effectively with ambiguity
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills / Excellent interpersonal skills : able to effectively and quickly build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence, and confidence
- Conceptual strength in capability building space
- Strong leadership management skills, i.e., comfortable with leading teams under uncertainty, ambiguity and constant change, yet able to set priorities and deliver to commitments
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS : M.B.A. with HR specialization or master in the relevant field from Top Tier 1/ 2 institutes
EXPERIENCE- Promoter led organizations in India
- FMCG/ CPG/ Distributor/ Channel partner led manufacturing OEM organizations
- Organizations engaged in different lines of business / with varying market maturity
- Preparation of AOP and Balance Score card-based Goal sheet
- Business planning cell of a large conglomerate - added bonus aspect
