What you'll do:
- Examine funnel statistics for active e-commerce websites
- Make recommendations for configuration changes such as media, text, UX flows, offers, etc.
- Recommend and run experiments for brands along vectors such as discounts, media, UX, etc.
- Maintain a knowledge base of e-commerce variables and proven tactics/configurations.
- Interact with engineers to develop new digital experiences
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact of changes on user engagement, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.
- Analyze test results to determine which configurations lead to better outcomes, helping make data-driven decisions.
- Summarize results of performance optimization efforts for internal and external stakeholders.

What you are:
- VERY comfortable with data analysis
- Experienced in funnel optimization
- Experienced in UX best practices
- A strong verbal and written communicator
- Understanding of data query languages like SQL
- Able to cross over with Pacific time until 11 am most days
