Key Responsibilities:

Hunting & Pipeline Development:

- Proactively hunt for new partnerships by identifying whitespace opportunities in BFSI and adjacent segments.

- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent engagement and deal closures.

- Develop a data-driven approach to prioritize and target high-value prospects.

- Identify, develop, and execute strategic partnerships that drive measurable revenue impact.

Target-Based Sales & Deal Execution:

- Own and drive revenue numbers by meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.

- Engage in solution-selling, understanding the specific needs of BFSI institutions and aligning Perfios' offerings accordingly.

- Work with cross-functional teams to negotiate and close complex deals.

Expansion into New Segments:


- Identify new industries and alternative business verticals that could benefit from Perfios' SaaS solutions.

- Develop strategies to enter new markets and create diversified revenue streams.

- Work closely with the product team to shape offerings that cater to evolving industry needs.

CXO-Level Relationship Management:

- Build trusted advisory relationships with CXOs, Founders, and decision-makers in BFSI.

- Deliver compelling presentations, business cases, and strategic roadmaps for partners.

- Maintain an in-depth understanding of market trends and regulatory shifts that impact financial services partnerships.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

- 6+ years of experience in SaaS sales, partnerships, or business development.

- Ability to think creatively about new revenue streams, structuring innovative deals and partnerships.

- Deep experience with SaaS-based sales models, with a strong understanding of APIs and cloud-based solutions.

- Track record of engaging with CXOs and senior executives, influencing high-value decisions.

- Demonstrated ability to create and execute large, strategic partnership deals with measurable business impact.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, Spotdraft, and AI-driven sales tools will be an added advantage.
