Key Responsibilities : - To lead the portfolio of Infrastructure Technology &amp; Information Security projects vertical in ICT function of Perfetti Van Melle India (PVMIL). - To plan and implement IT Infrastructure in line with systems roadmap in PVMIL. - To set up support processes, skill sets, systems and external partners that meet service level requirements countrywide - To align with Global ICT standards in Technology &amp; Information Security - Manage external partners to meet the required service levels in IT support across plant/depot sites, as well as, across all regions - Facilitate cost reduction in ICT Infrastructure including cloud, Service partners and networks while maintaining the required service level standards - Maintain required level of documentation in ICT processes and supervise ICT audits thru internal and external partners with an aim to reach zero audit risks at all locations countrywide - Leverage Operations Excellence (OE) to identify opportunities to improve operational performance within ICT support services - To lead implementation of ISO27001 at organization level through Continual Improvement - To support initiative of Industry 4.0 at our manufacturing units by driving OT transformation - To support functional budgeting and reporting on monthly basis - To support Global Security Operations Center by reviewing the organization threats and Manage them Key Requirements : - Exposure on Network Infrastructure design and management - Exposure on Azure Active Directory and associated components like DNS, DHCP, NPS and VPN - Understanding of Office 365 platform and aspects of security controls around it - Experience on WAN technologies like MPLS, SD-WAN, Site-to-Site VPN - Experience on Hyperconverged Infrastructure and Storage technologies including SAN and NAS - Experience in Business Continuity planning and Disaster Recovery - Experience on Azure AD integration and Single Sign-On - Experience on Enterprise Security Solutions like ATP, DLP - Experience in managing VA/PT engagement with external partners - Exposure to OT technologies within Manufacturing units - Exposure to API based Integration technologies Experience &amp; Qualification : - 15+ Years of relevant and recent experience - BS or Masters in Computer Science or equivalent
