Job Description
- Explore and target new business leads and opportunities in ERP products and services, Solutions including RPA in the geographies of India markets
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Responsible for Data mining and market research through internet, database building and proficiency in secondary research
- Keep a close track on to identify and monitor competitors and research market conditions or changes in the industry that may affect sales
- Interaction with CXOs including CFO, CIO, CTO and CEO and top management and decision makers
- Ability to deliver effective elevator pitch and open new opportunities
- Manage lead generation process via cold calling, emailing and nurturing and qualifying the leads
- Understand Customer needs, requirements and issues for resolution
- Route qualified opportunities to Presales team for discovery and demonstration process and interacting and liaison with the client for closure of deals
- Preparation of budgetary and final proposal and closure of new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations
- Own and achieve sales targets. Reporting sales progress on a regular basis.
- Prepares sales visits and presentations to pitch product, service, and combination packages to clients
- Negotiates sales, package discounts, and long-term contracts with clients
- Provides technical advice after sales
