MAIN PURPOSE:
India BU Foods Sales and Foods Category:
- Support the implementation and sustenance of HR processes, Talent Management and People Development strategies for India Sales HQ and Foods category population
- Co-responsible with LHRs and COE for strategy execution and consistent delivery of all core HR processes across geographies
- Support LHRs in strategy execution by escalating and resolving issues by working with HRBP - Category & Commercial
KEY ACCOUNTABILITY:
- Support the HRBP in preparation and implementation of Human Capital Strategy for India Foods sales and foods category teams
- Act as a catalyst for sustained HR performance by ensuring that HR strategies and plans are translated into concrete actions and tangible results
- Coach business leaders and other senior team members
- Support LHRs in strategy execution by escalating and resolving issues by working with HRBP - Category, Commercial and Franchise
- Measure and track the quality of HR work by defining, prioritizing and measuring HR's contribution to business performance
- Monitor Sales productivity and effectiveness
- Lead the sales incentive program - design construct, ICM and administration
- Partner with COEs to ensure necessary services are being delivered and desired results are achieved
- Feed local pulse to HRBP (from LHRs)
- Ensure policy consistency/compliance
