Drive the   Manufacturing linked sustainability KPI - Water usage / FO Usage / Bev Power   People Agenda :   Resource Planning & Recruitment :  - Carry out people related activities - resource planning for the seasonal manpower   - Support recruitment process for temporary manning as per seasonal capability model  - Skill & Capability Building - Drive the skill and capability building process for  - adequate pool of trained and competent person to man the manufacturing operations  - adequate bench strength through multi skilling.  - Seasonal Capability Building for the large temporary manufacturing personnel  Engagement & Commitment :   - Drive the OPL and Kaizen processes under TPM  - Support the R&R and Fun at Work agenda for people  - Providing a healthy environment that encourages empowerment and diversity  - Performance Management -To ensure that the performance management process is carried out for   the people reporting to this role   Experience and Qualification :  - Experience of minimum of 5 -10 years in FMCG Sector
