Role Purpose:
This role is crucial to start building & executing the Learning strategy for GBS within Global Business Services in PepsiCo. This is a global role where the incumbent will need to work with our key stakeholders globally to identify Functional Learning Priorities, Define the roadmap for functions and establish strong governance for sustained execution. The role will drive deployment of all interventions in close partnership with HR teams and biz leaders at various sites globally while ensuring continuous improvements via data analytics and effectiveness measurements.
Description:
Function Learning Strategy for GBS (Global Business Services):
- Define the learning strategy in close partnership with site HR and biz leaders.
- Understand business needs and provide value-add actionable solutions, tools (including assessments) and resources to HRBPs and business clients for prioritized as well as bespoke learning requirements.
- End to end learning roadmap ownership from design, (facilitation where required), execution and sustenance.
Design & Development
- Design & develop best in class solutions through external - internal partnerships
Stakeholder engagement & partnership:
- Build close partnerships with senior global stakeholders and local leaders and HR leaders to understand the local nuances and ensure an agile approach to building solutions to stay relevant.
- Stay connected to the global learning teams to leverage solutions and also represent the voice of GBS in relevant forums.
External vendor engagement:
- Evaluate need for external vendors where necessary to design best in class learning interventions for local needs in HBS.
- Build strategic partnerships with vendors for scalable & cost effective solutions.
Required skills:
- Ability to partner and manage senior stakeholders globally.
- ~12+ years' experience (~8 yrs. in the relevant field) with deep expertise in Learning & Development.
- Strong consultative and diagnostic skills
- Proven project management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Ability to think strategically and develop tactical action plans to achieve business and people goals
- Experience with designing L&D solutions, vendor evaluation, learning data analytics
- Strong influencing skills that can marry customer needs to the right learning solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong facilitation skills
- Team management experience preferred.
- Experience of working in global roles
