PepperTap is a hyperlocal marketplace striding in the online grocery segment. We wish to pioneer - the quickest hyperlocal delivery- segment in India and deliver orders in the quickest time possible.

Role :

Area Managers will be the respective heads of city-wide operations.

- You will manage all the employees involved with operations.

- You will kick-start and ensure smooth operations across the city.

Responsibilities :

- People management, productivity targets, process improvements and ensuring efficient & smooth operations in their respective zones will be some aspects of output in your area of management.

- Lead, mentor and manage a large and efficient team of Associates across various departments.

- Taking responsibility for employee relations and a healthy work culture.

- Use data to analyze performance in your zone and make suitable corrections wherever required to reach efficient outcomes in terms of productivity and meeting set goals.

- Liaise with Vendors in their region to ensure smooth functioning of PepperTap services.

- Implement and ensure the delivery time-limit set by PepperTap.

Qualification :

- Engineering OR MBA from premier institutes. Having experience of at least 3-4 years and maximum 7-8 years.
