YOU WILL HAVE TO :
- Work closely with the various team throughout in an agile environment
- Manage and be responsible for the entire Employee Life Cycle
- Be proactive in following through the HR Roadmap along with participating in deciding one
YOU NEED TO BE :
- A full-time MBA with 3 years of work - ex-post MBA
- An acumen to work on the process of talent development, talent retention and performance management
- The comfort to facilitate formal and informal communication between various layers of the organisation
- Problem Solving skills and willingness to take more responsibilities
