Pepper Money India is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager - Performance Marketing to take our marketing efforts to the next level. This person will manage our Google Ads account, shaping the deployment of our budget as we continue to scale rapidly. They will also drive the roadmap for new channel launches (Podcasts, OTT, Programmatic), defining success criteria and tracking results. Responsibilities :
- Lead customer acquisition for card business via various digital marketing channels.
- To develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
- Plan and execute campaigns across multiple online channels to drive short-term and long-term business goals
- Assist with the set-up and management of digital marketing infrastructure
- Led and executed SEO and SEM initiatives to improve online visibility and drive organic and paid traffic.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including CAC, CTR, and other relevant metrics to assess and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Manage and optimize Google AdWords campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
- Conceptualize, execute, and measure the success of various marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Develop strategies to activate and onboard new customers, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
- Implement initiatives to enhance user engagement and retention through targeted marketing efforts.
- Contribute to the development and execution of Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for new products or services.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; Tier 1 or 2 MBA in Marketing is a plus.
- 4+ years of experience in digital and performance marketing.
- Proven track record in creating successful B2C marketing strategies.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, Google AdWords, and campaign management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
