Pepper Money India team is looking for an established leader as Manager - Brand Marketing to develop and lead its branding marketing efforts on its core fintech brand.
Here's what you'll do day-to-day :
- Drive the brand to being top of mind and the preferred choice in the segment.
- Creating and implementing a holistic brand and marketing strategy and positioning and ensure all communication and marketing across different channels are aligned.
- Own and drive ALL brand activities - planning, ideas and execution; create, manage - ATL, BTL, Digital, On-ground, internal/external.
- Plan, execute and review the communications calendar across all marketing channels (PR & corporate communication, product marketing, digital ads, social media.)
- Collaborating effectively with stakeholders across business, product management and other teams to ensure we have a cohesive communications approach.
- Understand the current market trends and be up-to date with competitor analysis.
- Plan , create and execute multiple Brand, Social and PR campaigns in order to ensure adequate coverage and maximum impact.
- Managing the website content and updates regularly.
- Work closely with agencies and external suppliers and manage their briefing, budgets and scope.
Here's what we're looking for :
- 6-10 years of experience in the B2C online space in social media management, brand and content management.
- Should have led a 360-degree media campaign in the past, preferably in a startup environment or at least for a BFSI brand.
- Masters in marketing or in a related field
- Must have experience writing content and demonstrated creativity and out-of-the-box thinking.
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have empathy for users, and a knack for storytelling.
- Should be extremely detail oriented. Grammar-Nazis welcome!
