Job Title : PeopleSoft Global Payroll Support Specialist

Reporting To : Global Payroll Manager

Job Summary

- Support the company’s enterprise HCM PeopleSoft application software by being the first line support role for the Payroll & HR departments with regard to development and configurations.

Candidate Profile

- B.Sc. / B.E. / BCA / others in Computers or related field.

- 5+ years experience as a support analyst for PeopleSoft HCM

- Extensive knowledge of Global payroll, Absence Management and Year End tax processing procedures and PeopleSoft configurations that support those functions.Global Payroll Implementation, setup, requirement gathering, extension development, customization and support for the Global Payroll process.

- Excellent communication skills

Detailed Job Profile

- Guide the business toward best practice design and configuration, provide input on scope and make requirements for ongoing rollouts or modifications to the existing Global Payroll and Absence Management module.

- Testing new configuration for PeopleSoft Global Payroll and Absence Management in a Development Environment. This includes full life cycle testing of new configuration, bundles, tax updates and customizations.

- Have both Technical and Functional experience of Global Payroll Peoplesoft experience.

- Global Payroll – Multi-country Global Payroll & Absences setup

- Implementation & Support of Global Payroll
