Senior Peoplesoft Functional Consultant - HCM / HRMS

This is Sathish, an Executive Search Consultant specializing in Senior Management talent search for a niche clientele in the USA and Europe.

My firm - High Places International - has been retained by a multi-million Dollar IT Services organization to headhunt for various leadership positions in the US and UK.

I'm currently looking for a Senior Consultant - Functional with extensive experience in Peoplesoft HCM/ HRMS for my Global client based in USA.

Work Location : Chicago, Illinois

Modules : Absence Management, Time and Labor, Workforce Administration, Benefits Administration, Recruiting.

Preferred Visa Status : H1B Visa / US Citizenship

- Minimum of 8 + Years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM / HRMS

- Minimum 3 years of experience as leading PeopleSoft Programs - Implementations and Re-Implementations

- Experience in Business process review and/or redesign services

- Fit-gap analysis, including identifying gaps between required and campus business processes and product functionality.

- Development of customizations and retrofits and Configuration

- Assistance in developing test cases

- Test execution and evaluation

- Hands-on experience in Document preparation, Knowledge transfer, Data validation
