PeopleSoft Functional Consultant
Currently working on an opening for the position of PeopleSoft Functional Consultant (Designation can go between Assistant Manager to Sr. Manager) for a leading corporate house in India.
Job Description -
1. Peoplesoft implementation and process re-engineering
2. Successfully implementing modules that is eRecruit, Exit Management, Leave and Attendance, ESS, MSS, Performance Management
3. Requirement analysis and process re-engineering
4. Managing the project end to end in the capacity of a project manager
5. Tracking project progress and developed and maintained the project plan
6. Acting as the PeopleSoft functional consultant and an interface between organizational requirements and the technical team
7. Conceptualizing the Job Coding project and managed end to end implementation and integration with PeopleSoft.
8. Managing the entire migration of the system to PeopleSoft 9.0
9. In depth understanding of the core concepts of HRIS system and HR processes
CTC is Flexible
Note - Candidates should be from HR background and Only MBA graduates are preferred
