PeopleOne - Manager - Quality Assurance

Welcome to PeopleOne Technology Pvt. Ltd, Chennai - A Product Development Organization in the domain of LMS(Learning Management System).

We are looking for Manager QA as per the job description given below:

- Experienced candidate with relevant working experience in managing the testing of global enterprise cloud-based applications and products.

- Selects and utilizes tools and methodologies to ensure that software tests identify defects and comply with quality standards.

- Evaluates test results against expected results implements improvements to the process, and recommends alternative testing as needed.

- Drafts revise and approve test plans and scripts.

- Reports to the functional manager and product owner.

- Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.

- Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.

- Should have hands-on experience in Automation Testing, Load Testing, and Security Testing.

- Experience in handling Agile product developments and the cloud-based platform using Selenium Web Driver Knowledge of Cucumber Framework, BDD (Behavior-driven development), Load Testing using tools like JMeter, Security Testing using tools like Burp, Knowledge in mobile iOS and Android apps & integration testing and backend API testing automation is an added advantage.
