A fantastic opportunity for Digital Marketing Managers to be part of a fast-growing e-com startup, aimed at disrupting the holistic wellness space.

If you are a digital marketing manager, who understands technology but at the same time has a passion for consumer-led marketing, we want to talk to you.

We are a start up in the field of Wellness Tourism and are looking for a well-rounded Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all channels. The job is Bangalore based.

Job Responsibilities :

- Work with the Sales and Marketing head to develop and drive high impact marketing campaigns across channels.

- Should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to manage integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Digital marketing manager will work with the cross-functional team, and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

- Set up, track, optimize and calibrate all the digital campaigns, across platforms (Web, SEO, SEM, SMM) and monitor on a daily basis.

- Should be able to work on CRM eg. Zoho

- Own the entire analytics, MIS, tracking of all KPIs and present it periodically

- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.

- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide insights and recommendations and perspective for adoption where appropriate

- Evaluate, research and launch new products online for both domestic and International customers

- Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products

- Monitor industry best practices and develop and implement successful marketing campaigns engage, educate and motivate- from ideation to execution

Requirements :

- MBA degree in marketing preferably from a premier institute

- At least 3 years of hardcore experience in marketing with large OTAs like Makemytrip.com, Cleartrip.com, etc or any e-commerce company is essential.

- Demonstrable experience managing WEB, SEO/SEM, SMM, online reputation management, marketing database, email, etc

- Experience in setting up and optimizing campaigns across platforms Google Adwords, FaceBook etc

- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools, plugins

- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate to convert

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

- Effective communicator and a potential leader
