Role : Business Development Lead

Reports to : Director / BD Director

PeopleLynx is in the space of providing Strategic HR Solutions. Having partnered with Predictive Index Worldwide (PIWW), a global leader in Human Capital Analytics, the team has certified behavioral analysts with strong consulting skills and proven ability to deliver across employee Lifecycle.

Verticals :

- HR Partnering : Managing the HR function for Start Ups & SMB (small & medium business) sector, from strategy to execution on a retainer-ship basis

- Behavior Analytics : Input for businesses to enhance their Talent Selection, Management & Development programs and make it more scientific and predictable - Predictive Index

- HR Consulting : Focusing on project based assignments like Engagement Surveys, Policy Benchmarking, Cultural Audit, and Developing Performance Management Framework and other Organization Development assignments

Key Responsibilities :

- Identifying new sales leads across all the verticals.

- Contacting potential clients via email/phone/networking events to establish rapport and set up meetings.

- Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets aligning to the needs of the company and understanding who are the decision makers.

- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.

- Preparing PowerPoint presentations, sales displays, developing quotes and proposals, negotiating and confirming the sales.

- Building a long term relationship with clients to inform them about new developments with the company's services.
