Founders :

1. Abhinav Chugh : A mechanical engineer from IIT Delhi, Abhinav started his career in Telecom having worked with clients like O2, T-Mobile and Orange. A software engineer turned entrepreneur turned product guy, Abhinav built his first start-up in Dublin, Ireland just after the 2008 financial crisis.

2. Alagu Muthuraman : Another mechanical engineer turned software engineer turned product guy, Alagu is a graduate of NIT Trichy and started his career with Yahoo. He then moved to Zynga and Hacker-rank before starting his YC backed startup in the Bay Area

"We (Abhinav and Alagu) met with each other when we joined a hyper-growth health-tech start-up (Practo) in 2014. In less than 2.5 years, the health-tech startup grew phenomenally from 250 to 3000 employees. Witnessing these first-hand, we decided to quit and founded Peoplebox with a simple mission - Help startups build an engaged and high-performing culture.

Job Description :

1. Understanding : Empathetic understanding client's need and problems. Be a good listener and imbibe with those problem statements

2. Solutioning : Solving client's problem through our SaaS solutions and demonstrating our products using consultative approach

3. Closing : To exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets in the given market

4. Process Orientation : Meeting the sales process standards and effectively using sales tools like HubSpot CRM

5. Pipeline Management : Manage end to end sales pipeline for Peoplebox to deliver spectacular growth through precise forecasting

6. Relationship Management : You will be face of Peoplebox before the client. We need a trusted advisor for our clients.

What will make us a match :

- 2 to 6 years of experience in SaaS sales, Account Management and Customer Success

- You have worked in sales solutioning and followed consultative approach to sell

- Prior experience of achieving number driven targets

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Entrepreneurial mindset
