Responsibilities:

Learning & Talent Management:

- Work closely with the Learning & Development Manager to design and implement impactful learning programs

- Lead initiatives for talent transformation, leadership development, and employee engagement

- Oversee smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences in alignment with HR processes

Compliance & Policy:

- Ensure adherence to HR-related laws, regulations, and policies through regular audits.

- Keep the Company ISO Audit compliant at all times

- Design and maintain the Code of Conduct policy

Employer Branding:

- Lead the initiative to showcase the company's unique culture and values

- Drive strategies to enhance company's reputation as an employer of choice, attracting top talent and fostering loyalty

Culture & Engagement:

- Champion the growth of the company's culture and formulate strategies for continuous learning and high performance

- Innovate and execute cutting-edge employee engagement initiatives to attract top-tier talent

- Successfully implement remote working and well-being programs, enhancing Covid support efforts

- Experience in managing disciplinary actions and expertise in handling Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) processes and compliance are essential qualifications for this position.

Business Partnership:

- Mentor HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to cultivate the desired organizational culture

- Collaborate closely with Founders and department heads for effective team management

Performance & Rewards:

- Experience in Performance Management System in the organisation

- Develop and implement comprehensive compensation, benefits, and wellness policies

- Lead organization-wide performance reviews and recognition initiatives

Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and execute HR strategies that are aligned with Fynd's overall business goals

- Provide strategic guidance on organizational and people-related matters

Office Setup & Expansion:

- Play a key role in planning and executing office setup and expansion projects

Company Events:

- Plan and execute engaging company events for employees to foster a sense of belonging and community

Qualifications:

- Master's Degree in Human Resource Management or similar. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferred

- Total HR Experience 10+ years. 5 years of experience in HR leadership roles with a focus on talent management and employee engagement

- Proven track record of successfully driving initiatives in talent management, learning & development, and HR compliance

- Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations, with experience in policy design and enforcement

- Exceptional leadership, mentoring, and team management skills

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities

- Proficiency in HR analytics at an advanced level is a mandatory requirement for this role

- Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR strategies with overall business goals

- Proficiency in HR software and tools
