Role Objective
Manages and coordinates human resources activities, to achieve harmonious employee relations and create a pool of satisfied and motivated talents.
Responsibilities
- Employee Relation - Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Manage and execute performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Employee communication - Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, programs, conducts town-hall etc.
- People Engagement - Planning and organizing joy at work activities, engagement surveys, reward and recognition events, onboarding etc.
Skills & Qualification
- MBA in HR - 2 year of full time course
- 5 to 6 years of experience in HR, with 1 year of startup experience
- Very good communication skills, verbal and written both
- People oriented and energetic
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships with the employees and business managers
- Take initiatives in HR activities
