People & Product Manager - eLearning Startup

Our client is an innovative startup focused on bringing Education in Indian schools to the 21st century using technology as a tool for creating innovative and path-breaking products in education. It offers Educational games, Assessments and e-learning courses for Indian curriculum. The company is a trailblazer in the gamification of education. The company is founded by alumnus of the premier B-schools including MDi Gurgaon. The founding team has decades of experience working with companies in education sector and other global companies.

The People and Product Manager will be working in a second rung leadership role and will be actively working with the founders of the company in running the company and managing various parts of the business independently.

The incumbent will be involved in all aspects of the business including :

- Product development

- Pre Sales and Marketing

- Team Building, Team Management, Performance Management

- Client Service Delivery and Project Management

- Product Strategy and Roadmap

- MIS and Reporting

- Decision Support

This is an all-rounder role and does not have any one functional area to which it will be restricted.
