Position: People & Operations Manager - Human Resource

Qualification and Experience: Full Time MBA with minimum of 10 yrs of exp

Position is Responsible to : Executive Director (ED) with a matrix reporting to the Regional People Manager, Asia Pacific

- Systems and Management Information

- Programming support

- Administration/Logistics

- Financial Management

Essential Skills/Experience:

- It's a Senior management position

- The person should have completed a full time MBA (preferably)

- Ideally 10-12 years of relevant HR exp. and in the Management role

- Preference for someone with good exp of Development sector/NGO

- Should be good on counselling and employee relations aspect and also on the management side of the role..

- Should be strong and be in a position to represent the HR and Ops department as a Country people and Operations manager

- The role also have an admin side of it - which means taking care of Off mgmt, IT, Security, admin, maintenance etc...

Location: New Delhi /Asia Pacific Group

Compensation: Attractive & commensurate with relevant experience & background, may not be a limiting factor.
