- In product management, we focus on solving some real-life problems to help users find the right partner. To achieve that, we are looking for a data-science minded Product manager to join our team.
- You could be creating products which will help personalize user experience, optimize sales and customer support action, and help all other product teams in identifying the right data and metrics to infer from. You would also be responsible for competitive analysis and managing the data for the organization.
- You will work hand in hand with a team of Data Scientists and Developers to bring your ideas to life.
- You will thrive on implementing creative approaches and dealing with the intricate complexity of merging our rich data with our complex business scenarios. You will challenge yourself and others to constantly come up with better solutions that disrupt the direction of the entire industry.
Responsibilities:
- Establish an industry-leading vision for data science and data management teams
- Inform the strategy of the organization around data
- Engage with sales, customers, and partners to identify key product issues and opportunities
- Build product roadmaps to drive value for our customers and business
- Own the entire product lifecycle from defining the problem to delivering the results
- Collaborate with all other product managers to implement and test data science models
- Work closely with engineering and data science teams to develop, research, and test data driven optimization products
- Drive execution, delivery, success, and adoption of products
- Own and improve data management capabilities of the entire organization
- Analyze, understand and share the learning of experimentation to build a strong knowledge base of the product
Eligibility:
- 2+ years of product management experience with a sound understanding of complete product lifecycle is required
- A cursory knowledge of Data Science and awareness about capabilities of machine learning and AI is expected
- Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills are required
- Experience with large scale data science and data analysis products is preferable
- Ability to dive-deep into technical concepts is expected
- Understanding of A/B tests, success metrics (Exposure to A/B testing concepts) is required
- Willingness to think and act both strategically and tactically is expected
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary is required
- Experience in making data informed decisions is preferable
