Roles and Responsibilities:
Culture Building:
- Design and lead initiatives that promote a positive work culture aligned with company values.
- Develop programs to enhance employee engagement, inclusivity, and morale.
- Act as a culture ambassador, guiding managers and teams to uphold cultural values.
HR Policy Development and Implementation:
- Create, update, and implement HR policies and procedures to support the company's strategic goals.
- Ensure compliance with local and global HR regulations and adapt policies to support a diverse workforce.
- Partner with leadership to address policy gaps and align HR policies with business objectives.
Global Mobility Management:
- Manage global mobility processes, including immigration, relocation, and employee transitions.
- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all international assignments adhere to local regulations.
- Support expatriates and relocating employees with a smooth transition experience.
Administration and Process Adherence:
- Oversee HR administrative functions such as documentation, reporting, and employee records.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for efficient HR processes.
- Ensure adherence to HR processes and promote operational consistency across teams.
Leadership and Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders on HR and people-related matters.
- Lead by example, demonstrating commitment to company values, transparency, and ethical behavior.
- Facilitate leadership development initiatives and support succession planning efforts.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
- 8-12 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on culture building, HR policy implementation, and global mobility.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to building effective relationships with team members at all levels.
- Proven track record in managing HR operations, driving employee engagement, and maintaining process adherence.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with excellent communication and decision-making skills.
- Experience in a software or technology company is an advantage.
