Responsibilities :
- Thoroughly understand product and HR processes at the client-side.
- Make valid improvement suggestions.
- Guide the client through the change management process and manage both internal and external expectations.
- Conduct research through various methods (data collection, surveys, etc.) to identify a problematic situation or find the cause
- Ensure the client is supported throughout the Implementation and Post Go-live as well.
Requirements :
- 2-5 years experience in similar roles; Background in HR processes /HR Consulting is a must coming from a startup preferably from C&B.
- Flawless communication skills, both written and oral, with extensive public speaking experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member.
- Have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn and make new connections with prospects.
