About the Role:

The role is to lead business acquisition for the various services of People Business. The role involves setting sales goals and implementing effective sales strategies. It involves overseeing the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, and often collaborating with other departments to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

He/She would be responsible for coming up with marketing strategies/initiatives for socializing the offerings to a larger audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:


- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted lead generation efforts.


- Utilize various channels, including online research, networking, and industry events, to identify potential clients.


- Conducting regular sales meetings to generate more leads.

Client Engagement:


- Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs, challenges, and potential consulting requirements.


- Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.

Proposal Development:


- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop compelling and tailored proposals for consulting services.


- Ensure proposals align with client needs and effectively communicate the firm's value proposition.

Sales Presentations:


- Deliver sales presentations to clients, showcasing the firm's expertise and tailored solutions. Address client queries and concerns effectively.

Marketing Collateral Creation:


- The creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, case studies, and presentations.


- Ensure marketing materials effectively communicate the firm's services and value proposition.

Digital Marketing Support:


- Implementation of digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and content creation.


- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts.

Event Coordination:


- Support the planning and coordination of events, conferences, or webinars to showcase the firm's expertise and attract potential clients.


- Ensure seamless execution of marketing events.

Market Research:


- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business growth.


- Provide insights to inform strategic decision-making.

CRM Utilization:


- Effectively utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track client interactions, manage leads, and facilitate effective communication within the team.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:


- Collaborate with internal teams, including consultants and leadership, to gather insights and ensure alignment between client expectations and service delivery.

Continuous Learning:


- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing strategies.
