Job Description
The People Analytics Specialist is responsible to plan, implement and drive the HR Analytics projects by working in partnership and alignment with internal/external stakeholders to meet the business objectives.
- Translate data and trends into stories to drive business decisions.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts across the HR functions, Finance, Business Excellence team to promote data governance to improve overall data quality and data models.
- Develop People Analytics Data Engineering and design impactful report using visualization tools like Power BI Platform & Reporting capabilities and support people-related decisions decision making.
- Create, maintain, and ensure data quality of key human resources data sets & reports.
- Support dashboarding requirements for the business and escalate risks and concerns.
- Develop, test and validate analytics dashboards for various stakeholder like HR business partners and leaders, to help them draw insights and recommendations.
- Bring improvements in HR Analytics to provide dynamic reports and dashboard adopting various tools
- Support new system implementations from discovery to launch and partner cross functionally with IT to help design and build out People analytics data warehouse.
- Maintain HRIS/ATS hygiene and protocol to support accurate reporting and look at continuous improvement.
- Train and educate stakeholders on people data metrics and dashboards
- Bring in continuous improvement of the people analytics function through external benchmarking and best industry practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Experience: 5 -8 years of Data & People Analytics.
2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Statistics with MBA preferred.
3. Experience creating dashboards, visualizations using Power BI/Tableau/Excel and reports to present data in a meaningful way.
4. Strong Excel skills - Ability to write VBA macros.
5. Strong communication & presentation skills, storytelling ability, problem solving, organizing & attention to detail.
6. Stakeholder Management.
