- The incumbent will be responsible for the strategic delivery of solutions and HR interventions such as Talent Management, Talent Development, Organizational Design, Change Management & Workforce Planning.
- Act as an advisor to Business Heads on their people issues and drive the people agenda
- Lead change management / organisation design initiatives and support the organization through transitions
- AOP designing and managementProviding various Analysis to stakeholders with regards to Attrition, Manpower Planning which includes Forecasting, Open Positions Tracking, Offer drops, Cost Analysis and Forecasting.
- Correlating various data parameters with regards to Attrition, Incentives, Productivity.
- Enabling business strategy through adequate Manning, as per business plan. Working closely with Business Team, TA Team and Zonal Managers to ensure effective Manning.
- Working with HR Digitisation team to automate Dashboards / MIS on HRMS.
- Implement appropriate techniques to understand attrition trends, Competition bench-marking of Incentive Plans.
