Your key responsibilities :
As a Senior Consultant, you will be a key resource working on Organization Transformation and Change Management ( Organization Design, Operation Model and Technology transformation).projects. In this role, you should be able to deliver quality client service, analyze complex problems and deliver insightful solutions. You will also be expected to have excellent communication skills, integrate into new teams and rapidly establish relationships.
- Demonstrate technical competence in our capabilities (Organizational Change Management, Organizational Design, HR Operating & Delivery Model, HR Process Efficiency & Policy and Transactions) and take a practical/business driven approach to solving complex change projects for the client.
- Apply a structured change management approach and methodology for the people impacts of change due to process transformation or technology implementation/transformation and gaining client agreement
- Contribute to change management initiatives through planning, assessment, diagnosis, design, and implementation.
- Assist in the identification of risks and anticipated points of resistance and participate in the development of plans to mitigate or address concerns
- Support the development of actionable and targeted change management plans
- Contribute to the application of readiness assessments; evaluate results and support the presentation of findings to relevant stakeholders
- Support the determination of the impact of organizational change management programs and assist with the development of alternative strategies as needed
- Be able to influence and persuade clients and stakeholders to gain support for any major change initiatives and/or decisions
- Encourage and facilitate collaboration amongst team members, and promote an inclusive working environment
- Contribute to business development and client pursuit activities, by preparing proposals, presentations for potential clients and thought leadership brochures
- Identify and flag any follow-on engagement opportunities
- Support and lead certain engagement activities from planning through to implementation

To qualify for the role you must have
- Post graduate degree or equivalent with a specialization in Human Resources (India or abroad) from a Tier 1/2 Institute
- 2-10 years of experience in HR role (for Tier 1) (either part of CoE or leading end to end design to implementation of transformation initiatives)
- Relevant professional experience, including for example previous work with a global management consultancy firm, niche consultancy or performed an in-house role in which you gained exposure to a large-scale project(s)
- Experience in driving tech transformation projects in SAP, S4 HANA, Workday, and other ERP/technology systems.
Ideally you'll also have :
- Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative.
- Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client)
- Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility.
