Business Continuity Manager
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Implementing BCM Framework
- Coordinate routine updates to the detailed information supporting the Business Continuity Procedures
- Ensure all employees and personnel with specific Business Continuity responsibilities are adequately trained to fulfil their assigned responsibilities
- Ensure that all technical components of the Business Continuity Plans are successfully tested
- Provide on-call support for any emergency/Incident Management
- Perform Business Impact Analysis of the internal processes
- Design, development, and documentation, testing of business function business continuity plans
- Act as the single point of contact during internal/external audits pertaining to BCMS Perform BIA and coordinate with businesses in identifying business critical activities
- Conducting Risk Assessments
- Developing and executing BCP for various processes and functions
- Assess Vendor BCM preparedness
- Identifying and Implementing Continuity Strategies that best fit into meeting the organization's needs, driven by the results of BIA (RPO / RTO) and risk assessment
- Planning and testing of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery.
- Documenting Response, Recovery and Restoration procedures to enable effective Business Continuity Operations.
- Validating and Continuously Improving business continuity strategies and plans (BCP / DR testing)
- Interfacing with Internal and external auditors
- Maintain Standard Operating Procedures for all activities included in the BCM Framework.
- Disaster Recovery/Incident Management System
Qualification:
- Any Bachelor's/PG degree
- 10-12 years of experience, with minimum 5-6 years of experience in independently handling BCM in a bank/NBFC
- Excellent understanding of IT systems, software, and database.
