About our Client - A UK listed MNC with significant growth plans for the India region, our client are embarking on the next stage of the development of their Global Center of Excellence

Job Description - Reporting to the Department Head / Finance Director and managing a team of analysts to extract data, prepare accounting entries/reports, analyze variances and summarize findings. Listed below would be some of the key activities that you would carry out:

- Accuracy and clarity of reporting.

- Review and maintain General Ledger to provide statutory and financial reports.

- Preparation / Review of drat Annual Financial Statements and liaison for statutory auditors / stakeholders.

- Overseeing and posting accounting entries in Smart Stream.

- Develop financial reports and the reporting processes to ensure the system(s) can provide the required financial reports, KPIs and analysis

- Produce monthly management reporting pack as required.

- Time management and delivery within challenging timescales.

- Development of initial reporting and adaptation of reporting as the business matures.

- Leadership, motivation and coaching of team members to meet departmental KPIs

The Successful Candidate - You are a Qualified Chartered Accountant (Mandatory) with a minimum of 8 years of post qualification experience in Accounting / Reporting. You will be an innovative thinker, a commercial manager, an inspiring leader and be able to command respect at all levels of an organization. You will have worked within a Captive set-up, you will be highly analytical and have experience of providing Management Information to various stake holders across multiple locations.
