Location: India Karnataka Bangalore.

- Pega Consulting India (PCI) is a 300+ member team and works out of both Bangalore & Hyderabad location.

- This is a rapidly growing team which works on Pega implementations for clients in North American, APAC, EMEA & Japan.

- Pega Consulting India (PCI) team works with our end customers to determine their business requirements and develops solutions for these requirements using the Pega platform and frameworks.

- PCI team works closely with our US/APAC/EMEA/Japan counterparts and ensures that our customer has a quality solution within their budget.

What You'll Do At Pega:

- Prioritize and manage conflicting needs, ensure seamless daily scheduling.

- Ensure Executive is aware of their schedule, priorities & any changes.

- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.

- Assist in managing special projects and initiatives as assigned.

- Track & ensure follow ups on ongoing projects and deadlines.

- Coordinate with various teams & departments for operational & administrative tasks.

- Support new hires' execution on Pega processes (onboarding trainings, timesheets, certifications, expense reports).

- Orient new hires to the expectations of a Pega consultant and overall.

- Build relationships to allow identification of strengths and areas for development to more effectively - determine appropriate placement.

- Conduct Pega consulting India new joiner induction.

- Coordinate with the IT/admin team for issue of new laptops and workstation.

- Assist and support new hires with their career objectives, including continuing education and certifications.

- Assist the new hires to develop their first Pega resume.

Who You Are:

- At least 3-6 years of experience as Executive Assistant

- Good analytical and problem-solving skill.

- Ability to adapt and perform in an everchanging business landscape.

- Self-starter, naturally driven with an assertive, can-do attitude.

- What You've Accomplished.

- High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, & PowerPoint.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.

- Good interpersonal skills and fast learning ability on the go.
