As a Consulting Manager, you'll spend approx:
- 75% of your time designing and implementing structured mentorship programs, creating specialized development tracks, and nurturing the next generation of Pega leaders.
- The remaining 25% of your focus will be on ensuring project delivery success through effective governance and delivery excellence.
- Regular skill assessments and gap analysis are central to how our Consulting Managers drive continuous improvement.

- Through mentoring partnerships between senior and junior members, our Consulting Managers encourage both individual growth and collective team success.

What You've Accomplished.
- You have a BE/B. Tech Degree or equivalent work experience.
- You have 8-12 years of overall IT experience and 3-5 years in Managing People in a matrix type of IT Consulting organization.
- You have demonstrated success in project delivery leadership roles in client facing environments.
- You've successfully developed and implemented mentorship and growth programs that have advanced careers across all levels.
