Pega Business Architect - IT

We have an opportunity for a Pega Business Architect for one of our client in Kolkata.

Job Description :

- 14+ years of overall IT experience

- 5 -7 years of experience in working as a Pega Business Architect with project experience in any of the leading BPMS in any industry vertical(s).

- Experience on requirements gathering and analysis using Pega DCO methodology

- Good understanding of one of the process modeling tools like Blueworks Live/ Oracle BPA / ARIS

- Experience in translating business requirements to system requirements, Gap analysis, Process harmonization and optimization

- Strong Analytical and problem solving skills

- In depth knowledge on BPMN standards

- Hands on experience in defining context diagrams, use cases (diagrams), FSD, BRD, story board, user stories

- Preparation of test cases and performing functional testing

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Experience in business development activities, proposal support and proposal presentation

- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills

- Strong Client Presentation and leadership skills

- Good management skills to handle Clients, SMEs and other stakeholders

- Experience with BPM implementation methodology like Iterative, Scrum

- Knowledge on Rules Engine, Decision Management

- Relevant domain background

- Industry standard domain certification

- Knowledge of industry frameworks / solutions of any BPM suites

- Thought leadership ability
