Expectations from the role :

- Manage pan India a team of 12 store supervisors who control 100 store advisors across large MT retail outlets in metro / min metro and drive quality execution @ POS as per defined KPIs for a leading FMCG client.

- Deliver monthly secondary / off take target - Pan India

- Identify issues & opportunities and as such create & implement the corrective action plan and drive the team to deliver the desired objectives

- Liase with internal operations to ensure delivery as per standards and expectations

- Communicate and manage client expectations

Requirements :

- A graduate or post graduate in Sales or Marketing

- 2-4 years experience in Modern Trade

- Self driven and energetic

- Able to work with ambiguity and in a fast paced environment

- Proficient in verbal and written communication

- Bias for data and technology

This position will be based in Gurgaon.
