- You will be responsible for enabling the markets to win via various platforms - BTL activations, Trade promotions, Loyalty programs and alliances to achieve our ambitious targets, several key imperatives you will champion include, developing an integrated one face to the customer strategy across all channels and touch points.
- You will be Partnering with the Leadership team in devising strategic trade initiatives & trade-related activities.
- You will be responsible to drive and enhance communication with Corner Stores to enhance the brand proposition to a broader range of targeted audience.
Key Deliverable:
- Experience of customer engagement metrics post acquisition, which includes adoption and usage of the app, extent of self-ordering, repeat orders, frequency and net promoter scores (NPS) - (partly retention marketing, partly customer satisfaction)
- Identify new channels, capabilities, targeting and marketing creative to engage customers and drive engagement
- Work with Analytics team to ensure all campaign level reporting is accurate and meaningful
- Develop strategies to generate interest in products, creating demand for the products at wholesalers and retail organizations.
- Prepare the Modern Trade sales strategy & growth plans in line with business strategy
- Developing different offerings for various customer types (Loyalty Programs) and drive these on-ground to ensure participation thereby creating retailer stickiness
- Building out the offering through strategic tie-ups, alliances with partners who can add value from a retailer's perspective - visibility, reach, awareness, driving cash flows, credit, technology for ease of business, etc.
Activation/ Loyalty Programs:
- Experience in strategizing and designing Trade Promotion Programs for Retailers/wholesalers
- Building Retailer Relationship and Driving initiatives.
- Shopper Activation: In store Promotion and Activation.
- Design and Execution of the Wholesale loyalty program/ Developing and executing trade excitement programs for retailers
- Propose sales promotion plan/schemes
Must Have:
- The ideal profile would be someone who has built and run customer engagement and loyalty programs (like flyer miles, shopper loyalty cards, Amazon Prime, Zomato Gold, etc) with some experience in the trade / retailer segment
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Customer Engagement, retention, Loyalty programs and alliances
- Specializes in assisting wholesalers, retailers, or distributors with their marketing strategy, including message development, marketing materials, and brand awareness.
- Understanding of the e-commerce platform, especially marketing and alliances
